friend just bought and im trying to talk him through it and he said keeps getting no .dll file
or its missing one rather any suggestions ?

Everything will work, if your friend is having problems he should post in the support threads for the compile.

Tell your "friend" to download the latest version [ame=http://www.mmobugs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4273]here[/ame], unzip it, double click on macroquest2.exe and jump in game. He should be fine.
