It was nerfed but the only thing atm is that u can see what you have in bank but not pull anything out.

Not exactly true.

Depending on your needs it is worthless.

However you still take agility loss even with the no encumber offset on. Which is a AC hit and siting at 1 it is a VERY VERY noticeable difference between the amount of times your toon gets incoming melee hits compared to when he isnt fully encumbered.

Does the exact same thing as noencumber, you will still lose AGI, etc.
