What do you mean by "trigger glyph"? and from what I understand from your post, you have 4 seconds to do turn in once last glyph is looted? does this mean u already have the 3 first looters positioned at their lizard, then the 4th looter loots and runs to his lizard and turns in? by "order" does...

Your saying that on the final 4 bosses u have to actually kill them in a certain order? so far what I know is that once u loot a correct rune u get a personal emote saying blah blah blah, once 4 looters get the emotes u rush the 4 temples with the correct rune holder in each temple??

On initial pull a war sets up out front and hits his fortitude disc while ae taunting all, sks begin beetle kite, 2 other wars pick up the other 2 mages and spread them...

What class do you use to kite? it seems on the initial pull and kite the mobs are sowed by the shamans, so they run faster than the kiters...

Fix to your problem Holes = Have kite team pre set agro on water adds while the raid is buffin ... Kite teams do not engage beast or mate, they stay building agro on the water adds, then when they go live it's an easy kite.. U will have a couple straggle into raid while your killing beast, have...
