This works for me. In Everquest folder, Look for UI file, there is a [DPSAdvWnd] section, change Escapable=0 Locked=1 save and relog EQ should fix this.

I can tell Win10 with 1709 build is not very EQ friendly. I used be able to box 18 chars with no issue, now even with 10 chars, a lot crashes and slowness.

I am seeing the same issue. Everytime zoned, "Esc to close" is clicked, "Locked" is not clicked. When I hit esc, many times the dps window will be accidentally killed. Seems Dpsadv is not saving the settings.

not sure if mq2bot updated SK to 110, but check your melee holy too, my war was keep using Last Stand thought mq2bot wasnt updated, but ended up it was my holy issue.
