    Good day all, I have my mage bolt spell set to not cast until mob health is at 70%, however, it is casting no matter what above that threshold? Trying to simply hold off from casting a bolt spell on my mage until the mob reaches 70%. Mage is set at the PetTank. See ini info below. Playing...
