EQBCS Missing

I just reinstalled MQNext after it wasn't working right (I hadn't updated in quite some time so it may have just been needed). I'm trying to get EQBCS running so I can trying botting but when I tell it to start EQBCS, it says it can't find the file. I'm trying to figure out where I can get this...
