Run Speed stuck

Just coming back after a few year's break but I find my run speed stuck at 1. All 3 toons were stuck at 99.99 run speed, until yesterday when I unloaded mq2speedutils, my Bard and Shammy sped up to their normal speeds but my Cleric was still slow. Today only my Bard is at normal speed, Shammy and Cleric are stuck. My Shammy I can switch to a mount and it jumps up to 214. Does anyone have any ideas where I should look to fix this? The software is up to date.

Closed out and relaunched MMOLoader, and Shaman is running normal (184 with Tala'Tak). I'll play around to see if it is something from /stick on EQbcs.

Something so easy, and I forgot about docrack completely since I closed the window. I did have that enabled for PreventSpeed for 2/3 accounts. Thanks for that!
