    I use it but it's not a necessity or anything. If I'm the only one using it, there's really no point to continually update it as we are about done with all the beta testing and we've already beat all the raids as they are currently designed.

    That wasn't a trick question. Enc do have Gather Mana. I've used it since I created my enc in 2003! If it's hard-coded for 20% (or whatever limit), you might want to check it because mine just cast GM at 50% and was casting it at like 80 or 85% previously.
