Commands
- /event : Display syntax and examples.
- /event settrigger <name> <trigger text> : Create custom trigger.
- /event setcommand <name> <command text> : Create custom command.
- /event load : Reads INI file.
- /event delete <name> : Deletes a specific event by name.
