Problem completing quests

Anyone else having problems finishing quests after the last patch. I do everything up to the last hail and the quest person wont let me hail to complete. happened in the dead hills missions (wont let me hail to go in or respond to any hails or says)and in the dream.

It is odd I will load mq2 and then finish a quest but when I go to hail to finish nothing happens and i can n longer hail any ncp, but i can still open merchants

I don't see MQ2Radar here, but if you happen to have gotten it from somewhere else it's known to cause issues with talking to NPCs.

I had tow like that, it turned out after days of trying that some had to be done in order and I had missed one.
