I have a quick and dirty plugin to help with doing alt night raid loot where we just want to get loot assigned quickly. I announce what number to use and everyone does a /rand ###. The rolls are sorted and we start with the highest roll and walk down the list with each person picking a loot from the chest, until either all rolls done, or all loot gone.
This plugin helps make that process go a little faster. It has a window with that shows the sorted list of random numbers, with some buttons to "start" , "lock" , or "clear" the list. It generates a message in RS when you click on a button, or a person in the list.
