Melee and Monk Eye gouge

is Mq2melee messed up ? i noticed in my parse that eye gouge is firing and I don't see in my ini that it is enabled. can't figure out what is firing it

that's what I can't figure out, I'm just auto attacking the dummy. i'll keep digging into it

Its happening because of the AA Gouging Claws of the Jade Tiger which is a passive ability that grants your Tiger Claw attacks a chance to proc Eye Gouge
