Is there any way to loot a corpse from like halfway accrossed a zone ?

Make sure you know, using any method to loot across the zone, you will appear at the corpse for a split second when you start looting, and for each item that you loot. You will also appear to flicker at the location you loot from.

If someone is watching the corpse close enough they may have enough time to get your name. So I would not recommend doing this in open zones or at the very least not with people around.
