I have extreme lag when downloading MMO or MQnext - Fresh install nothing set standard plugins that come preloaded i got from 80ms to 300ms with macroquest from mmobugs loaded ?

No idea, you would need to send a debug report with configs, screenshots, whatever. I load a crapton of plugins, and even with multiple groups botting, I don't see what you're saying you see here.

figured it out , ended up being a dx issue some how the dx of everquest got corrupted.
