I looked all over the web, and DON'T see what mob drops this!!!, any clue who drops this ???

I WANT THIS PET ILLUSIONS Metamorph Totem: Tower Warden :: Items :: EverQuest :: ZAM (allakhazam.com) anybody knows the mob/vendor who drops or sells this ??

It's not a drop. It was something sold on Daybreak's marketplace that they have since removed. It might come back sometime when they rotate the offerings in the marketplace. Until then, you'll have to just keep checking.
