Increasing spell casting levels (conjuration, alteration, etc.)

I'm sure this has been answered a hundred times. I searched for it in the forums but probably wasn't using the right keywords.

I have a couple casters that I bumped up to level 85 and they are desperately in need of improving their casting abilities. Is there a macro I can make or one already made that I can cast a spell over and over to increase the ability?

I normally just use MQ2Twist

use command /twist 1 2 3

Or whatever spell gems it is. You could also use multiple macros that do it, like skillup.mac.
