V6 250 HP. Hemi was about 10 grand more, wasn't worth it IMO. Ill get some more pictures later. I love this car, good ol American muscle is the way to go.

V6 is not American muscle! V8 and beyond ftw! Nice looking though! Should put a super charge and air intake on it!

Maybe if I was taking it on the track. 250hp will do for every day driving.

No need in lowering gas mileage for no reason =p

With this car I am going conservative/liberal at the same time.

You got a muscle car without the muscle? Thats like getting an awesome looking computer case and putting a Pentium 4 in it instead of an i7.

Was there an option to get a V8 without going to a hemi?

250 HP isn't exactly a "wiener". It has muscle. Front end lifts up really nice if i give it a fair amount of gas.

I don't need to pay 10 grand and 2x in gas to get power I will never need. :p

i bet it weighs alot tho!!

my car weighed only 1100kg's and had 305bhp and 290ft/lb.

what sorta 0-62 quater mile and top speed? or dont american cars come with any of these ratings?

i bet it will be so comfortable cruising on motorways at 90mph, i also had a 4.0 V8 lexus and that just loved to sit between 90-110 mph for hours at a time (slowing for cameras or police) big cars are so great and comfortable for stuff like that.

looks pretty col too, bigger rims and lowered imo! then look at a charger as i thought petrol was cheap as hell in america?

Full performance data is listed below:

Acceleration:
0-30 mph 3.0 seconds
0-45 mph 5.1 seconds
0-60 mph 8.1 seconds
0-75 mph 12.1 seconds
1/4-mile 16.1 seconds at 88.3 mph
0-60 mph with 1 foot of rollout 7.8 seconds

Braking:
30-0 mph 29 feet
60-0 mph 129 feet

Slalom (600 feet) 59.5 mph

Test Driver Comments
The SE favors being held against the brakes until revs reach about 2,000 rpm. Some chirp off the line with ESP turned off which just means a lenient version of ESP. Engine revs all the way to the 6,500-rpm indicated redline and upshifts are moderately fast, but smooth. Why no AutoStick in this sporty coupe? Also seems like a five-speed automatic would make better use of the V6 engine. First braking effort from 60 mph was the shortest at 129 feet and grew slightly longer from there to a 134-foot max. Although the pedal showed no signs of spongy fade, the odor from hot brakes suggested otherwise. In the slalom the front end gives up long before the rear does. Only moderate roll stiffness, but decent impact-reducing damping. In the end, the limits are defined by the ESP.

What this means to you: With V6 fuel economy, a slightly more comfortable ride and a base price of $21,995, the Challenger SE offers a good compromise for an everyday car. — Kelly Toepke, News Editor

IMO that's pretty heavy for a sports car. I'm no car expert though!
