Extreme reuse ability timers

After loading up MQ today I have noticed a few of my defensive abilities on monk are requiring like 8 hours to reuse. Such as earthforce and nimble reflexes. Any idea?

I've also experienced this but as soon as I click the button or /disc <name> it will trigger and reset properly.
