Check Debuff

What is the command to check for a specific debuff? If not present then I will cast?
 
I tried using the following:

Debuffif0=!${Target.Slowed.ID}
Debuffif1=!${Target.Maloed.ID}

If Tendon Slice 25% slow lands the shaman will not overwrite the slow. Shaman is also slow to debuff, If I lower the healing priority he still hesitates. The non slow causes more damage, more healing, no slow landing.


I tried switching to below and now he waits way to long to debuff.

It's just a suggestion, and I might be wrong, but you have netbots turned on, which is a good thing, but you didn't set it to be used by anyone.

If you are using multiple characters in your boxed group, try changing your NetBotsName.
NetBotsName=|netbots|

I'm not sure it will fix your particular problem, but I am pretty sure it can't hurt.
