Bard Clicky?

Is there a way to get mq2bot to use a clicky? It seems to work fine in mq2twist, however not when i apply same twist in the ini file

/twist 23 6 7 8 works fine in mq2twist

The bot twist (/bottwist) and related settings are for songs only. If you need to twist in items, you would need to set up holyshit/downshit, or other method.
