Abilities tab keymap question.

I ust to have my top 2 slots on the abilities tab keymapped to my movement keys but for the life of me I can't remember how to set it up again I am not looking to make a macro or anything. I just want to hit a key and I forage etc. If anyone remembers how I would appreciate greatly if you could let me know, didn't have much luck on Google today.

/alt w (where u have inventory etc)
select options then keys
u can tie the keys that way OR

/melee forage=1
/melee save
and your done

I know the option keys area I just dont know much one to use. Dont see an abilities area in key binds. Also I am not using mq.
