Anyone Play Battlefield 2 anymore? Most of my buddies quit to play WoW, if any of ya play we should hook up sometime and blow shit up.

I think I went from EQ to COD2, to BF2, to WoW, back to EQ. I think that is the order anyway. The sad thing is, EA Games screwed up BF2 so much it became pointless. The removal of C4 tossing really hurt when going up against armor, not so much a big deal in the infantry battles as much, even though it was fun as hell to toss c4 and take out 4-5 guys while you lived.

Yeah Spec Ops is seeming to give me trouble getting Veteran Combat (20 kills). I love to hodgie bomb people. Throw some C-4 on the front of a 4-wheeler or dune buggy and slam into a tank, jump out at the last second and boom. Pisses people off something aweful. I play on Drunkenmasters City maps quite often. I noticed you are missing basic air and ground defense. A little easier way to do it is be commander and sit on Ground defense or AA and Arty ppl get your veteran and expert in one round sometimes. I just figured it out, pretty cool trick

Can still toss demopacks in 2142 come rock the game with me! spydersrun some obsenely high rank but no where near done...=P

Is 2142 worth it? I heard it was more halo like and not as realistic. Several friends played it for a week or so and went back to BF2. Said the way unlocks and ranks went up sucked but idk I have never gave it a shot.

I'll be playing 2142 by the end of the week I guess. I ordered a G5 mouse with BF2142 included for cheaper than a G5 by itself. Also got a G15 keyboard, looks really cool but I doubt it will help my aim :P
