He is only drunk the first 30-45 minutes the second half is completely different. Little bit of love little bit of heroics little bit of finding oneself. You really should watch the whole movie. It's worth it.

It's a good movie. I probably won't buy it though. Like a good one you see once appreciate it and promptly forget about it until it starts playing on TV.

This movie was surprisingly good.

I have never been a big fan of, eh, action? Not sure what to consider it, but action and love mixed, or love thrown into the middle of anything. This movie throws a nice little twist on it all like in Mr. and Mrs. Smith :P

Great movie if you're just looking to kill some time. It's not the kind of thing you can be disappointed about, if you ask me.

As far as the drunken stuff... I think that the alcohol is a great addition. Forget being politically correct!

From what I have heard, the original cut of this movie was 30+ minutes longer and was quite a bit darker. You can tell this movie was edited by the studio because it was R rated but it really didnt need to be (take out the few fucks, and it becomes pg-13). That tells you that the original script and what was shot was meant to be a R rated flick.

But I did enjoy the movie for what it was.
