Agreed has been my favorite for years and am getting a tat tomorrow based off my love of this damn movie.

If that's the "best movie you've ever seen," it speaks volumes about your movie watching experience. Typically there's one kind of person who likes this movie to an extent to call it "the best movie ever."

Boondock Saints was ridiculous, puerile, filled with inane stunts, and had a ludicrous plot. It was one overly-grandiose scene after another filled with bad acting and flat characters. Just thinking about it makes my nose itch.

Scottish stand-up COMEDIAN Billy Connolly is supposed to be some kind of gun-wielding badass. That part was so ignorant it was beyond words.

The _only_ redeeming part was Willem Dafoe.

I saw it once a few years ago, and I want my time back.

The only other good thing about it is the fact Troy Duffy, who wrote it, screwed himself in hilarious fashion.

Hey guy, if youve come to make me feel bad for liking a great movie, cheers for you, im no critic of anyones believes on any movie or thought. i dont see the point of you wasting 2 minutes of your life saying were horrible for liking a great movie

I've seen this movie a few times and I like it. Its simple, easy to follow, and entertaining. Is it believable? no. Was it unique enough for me to consider it worth watching? yep. I personally think there are better movies, but that doesn't discount the fact that I...and countless others...enjoyed it. I can't count the number of times I've seen this movie listed by people as one of their favorites.

To that end, do I watch a lot of movies? god no. I have too much programming work to do *sigh*.

Deflator...I am truly sorry that you can't enjoy this movie. The premise might be unbelievable, but the action is great, the humor is great, and (from my perspective) some great cinematography. Willem Dafoe is absolutely brilliant.

While I wouldn't necessarily say that this is the "best" movie ever made, it's certainly something that I classify as a must-see for all of my friends.

So what does the mighty Deflator consider to be a great movie? The great thing about movies to me, and well most things I enjoy, is that individuals get to decide for themselves what they think is great/good/entertaining etc. You didn't like the movie thats cool, flaming people who did...thats lame.

I love this movie. So much that I wouldn't even download a ripped version of it. Columbine fucked this movie and kept it out of movie theaters.
