Yeah, the pilot was fairly entertaining. Definitely comes off as X-Files 2.0, though. I was getting a Mulder-esce vibe the entire time.

Actually I think tonight is the real Pilot IIRC. There was a copy of the pilot leaked onto the internet a couple of months ago. It was probably leaked by the studio, IMO, to cause some buzz. I liked the show, and I do agree about the X-Files feel. It was definitely better than the X-Files movie they tried to pass off recently though

I have to say, I really enjoyed watching this last night. I hope this wasn't just a big budget pilot and the show goes downhill from here. Think I saw its being run again on sat or sunday if you missed it. Definitely very X-File'ish.

Thought it was a pretty good show, nice to see Joshua Jackson actually get work - he was the only semi decent actor out of the terror that was Dawson's Creek.

I love the look on John Noble's face when he says, "Let's go make some LSD." Best line in the episode.

I like the cast so far. Quirky mad scientist. Genius son. Somewhat attractive lead. We've got a conspiracy that we know almost nothing about. How long did it take before the X-Files got their conspiracy machine up and running?

I loved X-Files. It was my favorite show for a long time. This won't replace it (nothing ever will), but it'll make an interesting addition to my weekly shows to watch.
