Yea that's who played her and most definitely hot. Best film she ever did imo Requiem for a Dream Drugs, sex, sex to pay for drugs, stealing your own mother's tv to pay for drugs, and full frontal nudity $$ It doesn't get much better. Annoying add before the trailer for requiem.
