Reputation Points, What are they and how do they work?

Actually, reputation points != mmopoints != mmomarketplace feedback.

Rep is simply a way for any user to show any other user some love, or hate, as the case may be.
MMOPoints are basically an internal currency system I'm developing, which will allow for random junk to be bought on the site. Avatars, bonus games, etc.

Feedback is... well, feedback for buyers and sellers.
