It was a nice fight JJ, your getting noticebly better! I think its the confidence of having a coupld fights under your belt that does it.
On a side note, anyone had experience of "Tribulus" ? Im looking for actual feedback on it, and not something you've just googled. Ive had very mixed reports on it. Just started my first cycle, 3 days in!

I can ask a buddy who keeps up with just about everything on the market.
had another one last night, won second round. Worked my stand up some but ended up taking him down and won with a rear nakid choke again =(

![]() Hey mate, you do what works. I noticed in one of your other video's you look quite confident on the ground. Grappling is my thing, so general ground work is fine for me, im in my comfort zone, stand-up is my weak area.

Yeah ive got my Whey Protein, my Lean Gain (500cal / high carb protein shake) and my CEE. Was recommended to try Tribulus as well, and at £8 for 3 month supply. Its not exactly a massive loss should it turn out to be ineffective!
I was out of the gym for a while, ive been back in it for 6-7months now, and ive noticed massive gains in strength and size, and ive a very clean diet, i just cant seem to shift my padding! (Read: My cuddly layer has thinned, but is still present) but i have put inches on my arms, legs and chest.

It all brings back memories of the old days when i practically lived in the gym, back when i was in the service. Not long after i got out, i was hit by a car while i was walking though, and i got busted up pretty bad, taking the worst damage to my knee and hip. I went through the physical therapy, and got walking again, but i just never seemed to regain the desire to work out like i used to. These days i do some walking is about all. About a three mile stretch, usually 3 times a week. I'd love to get back the tone and size i used to have, but the motivation just won't come.
