I leave the chatbox up until we get a large amount of sql max connection errors.

I'll look into getting the max connections lifted a bit to try and help solve having to lose the chatbox during patch days but I can't promise anything.

We've done a bit more tweaking to the server and enabled the chatbox yet again.
