not sure which CST you are after, and there were three listed. CET Central European Time Europe UTC + 1 hour CST Central Summer Time Australia UTC + 10:30 hours CST Central Standard Time Australia UTC + 9:30 hours CST Central Standard Time North America UTC - 6 hours Summary: CET to CST North America = CET -5 hrs... 1600 is 4PM so.

so then this...
Quote:
CST Central Standard Time North America UTC - 6 hours ok so 7 hrs difference. 4pm (1600) their time = 11AM your time. 1600-700 = 1100 aka 11AM pretty sure I screwd up my first example. ignore it. This works.

Used to raid Euro times and it was pretty easy to convert.
raids started at 1100 CST 1800CET most the time. But part of the year was 1000CST - 1800CET At least I thin those are the right times. Was 7 hours normally but 8 hours for part of the year.
