Decent, I suppose. The animal stuff was a bit silly, but excusable. The problem that I had with the movie is that it didn't seem to really line up -- there was no driving force that said, "This is why we went to this next scene/place", things just sorta happened. In Raiders and Lost Crusade, for example, there was a very definitely sense that the point of the movie was to find the treasure, and that there was a very real challenge to it. I felt like Indy was getting handed all of the hard parts on a silver platter.
I would have preferred a story about Excalibur, or maybe the Crown of Thorns, or something like that. The Crystal Skulls in this just seemed too...forced.
I'm glad that I saw it, but if I were to go see a movie again, I'd just go watch Iron Man.
